Apartamento 1 - Estudio (2 plazas)

Positive: Very nice apartment it was a little dark inside though, we struggled a bit with getting ready as not much natural light. The sink in the bathroom was also clogged and full of water when we got there. We had to use the kitchen sink to wash our face and brush our teeth. Apart from that it was good and in perfect location

It was a night away with my daughter for shopping and pamper Positive: Clean, tidy, comfy and close to the city centre Negative: Everything was perfect

Not great Positive: Location was good 😊 Negative: The key coded given were wrong so we had to call them , we were there 2 nights and in different apartments there was no where to leave our bags , they owners didn’t care at all .

Worst place ever a dog box wouldn't be more clean and safe to stay in Positive: We didn't like this place at all noting to like false advtising the room was a fire hazard, I've videos which I will post , won't let me load videos Negative: That was the worst place ever felt so unsafe the room was a little studio that had no windows the windows that were there were nails shut , so unsafe there was no cooker to cook on the walls were stained to bits , the bathroom was a safety hazard there was no mat to stand on which the shower was a open that the water was all over both me and my partner nearly broke outr neck while showering , I didn't sleep much as it's felt so unsafe, when I finally fell asleep I was awaked to my door been repeatedly banged down ,which i woke in a panicing thinking something was happening.it was house service at 8.50 am when checkout was not till 11am .the room was left spotless then to say they were keeping my security deposit due to smoking in the room maybe the house cleaning smoke because me nor my partner smoke, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone there pictures on there website are false advertising because the basement studio apartment we were giving was unexpectable, when we went in I rang the office telling them I felt so unsafe about the windows to be told they could drop a fan down I asked to speak to a manger was told no mangers onto
