Ático 7 - Tríplex de cuatro habitaciones (12 plazas)

Positive: Fantastic apartment, 9 of us came to Liverpool to see some of the beatles history. All that was excellent and the apartment was superb. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again in the future 10/10

Great location for hen party Positive: Great location with good areas for hosting a girls weekend Negative: Needs freshened up, walls/carpets were dirty, bathrooms were a bit run down- the shower drain was broken and we couldn’t use that shower due to it overflowing

Great apartment for large family or group Positive: The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was in a great location. It suited our family of 7 really well. We were able to get late check out. Negative: It was fine for us but there were a lot of stairs inside the apartment (it was over 3 floors) which may not suit some people. There was quite a bit of noise during the night from the bins being emptied.

Good stay, nice place Positive: Spacious modern apartment Lots of bedrooms Tea and coffee provided Excellent location and walking distance to post places Good communication Negative: Discrepancy between EPIC and booking.com on how much holding deposit is taken One of the dining chairs was broken when we arrived meaning someone couldn't sit at the table Not sure the floors were very clean though surfaces and bedding were good No sweeping brush so hard to clean up any mess you may make Tiny little shower gels only a couple for a group of 12. Be better to have larger a shampoo and body wash on the wall of the shower .

Positive: Location was great apartment was very nice and clean, staff was great. Negative: Couldn't find pots and pans. Lift was broken after the first day, arthritis in knees struggled with stairs.
