Positive: Very good, clean and beautiful room. Perfect for family. Negative: Needed a toothpaste in bathroom and a box of tissue in the kitchen.

Central, modern and staff super easy to contact by phone when I was having trouble using my code for the first time. Wou Positive: The layout was great, plenty of room to sit and chill or get ready together and the decor was lovely and modern, very cool! Negative: It was a wee but loud outside at times but that was expected considering how central the location was, so would just advise ear plugs for light sleepers

Disappointed Positive: The apartment was in a great location as only a 5-10 walk to all of the clubs. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was very secure when getting into the building as it was passcode entry only. Negative: Firstly, I paid £55 for the Celebration Package, which was advertised as including a cluster of ceiling balloons, as shown on your Instagram. However, upon arrival, we were met with a small cluster of balloons on the table, a basic Tesco cake, and a bottle of prosecco. The presentation was underwhelming and showed little resemblance to what was advertised. The items provided did not reflect the value of the £55 charged, and did lower the mood when we arrived as it wasn't the cheapest. Secondly, I paid an additional £25 for early check-in at 1:00pm. I called at 12:40pm to confirm that the room would be ready, as we were approximately 20 minutes away, and was told by staff that it was not yet available and would not be ready by 1:00pm. This added unnecessary stress and inconvenience at the beginning of our stay, especially as this service was paid for in advance. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the misrepresentation of the celebration package and the failure to provide the early check-in service as promised. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund for both the celebration package and the early check-in fee is appropriate and warranted. Also, the apartment was boiling and nobody could sleep properly.
