I managed to get in contact with someone to resolve these small Positive: This is a comfortable flat with a great location only mins from city centre. We would use this again for a Liverpool break Negative: The address on my booking form was wrong. The lockbox code was also wrong. These issues took away some of our Friday night Everything else was good for us

Great Positive: The location was great. Also it was very clean, and the staff that I dealt with were lovely. There were lots of kitchen things. Negative: The only slight issue is that the booking was made for three of us. And when we got there, there was only one roll of toilet paper and two towels. However we messaged and the staff dropped more off very quickly.

Okay Positive: the location was great. And there was a lift, and lots of towels. Negative: the front door code system was not working. We had to wait outside for the reception guy to come late at night. The sofa bed is not that comfortable.

Overall a great stay, prime location! Just would be handy to have plug in bedroom so able to do hair in a mirror ! Positive: Great location , easy to get into building, quick check out Negative: No plugs in bedroom to charge phone or to do hair in mirror
