Appartment was amazing and staff very friendly & professional the tv was broke we contacted the staff and they came Positive: Apartment was close to everything and had everything we needed Negative: We liked everything

Lovely place Positive: Apartment was very well laid out and comfortable had a home away from home feel with all things needed for our stay. Would definately stay again. On arrival we found the tv not working but we contacted the team and was dealt with instantly with the option to move rooms or have maintenance attend very good hosts would recommend

It is not worth the visit. Please send my money to me because I sent it and they did not reply to me until now. I am dem Positive: The location is not good for me because the facilities in front of it are very scary and there are people standing at night as if they are waiting for you Negative: I did not like the place because of the way they respected the customer because I booked it and they did not inform me and I was not aware of the issue that there is an external deposit that the place takes from you and that it was not according to an agreement with Booking. However, you do not enter if you come late at night and you have booked and paid money. He makes you and your family sit outside until you pay him the deposit and after that he makes you sit for more than half an hour and then he comes to you to teach you how to enter the code. I was robbed, thank God, I booked for one day and they stole the deposit from me because they said we found cigarettes in the room and I did not smoke and they did not send me anything from it, but they said I pay extra and they were withdrawing from my bank and I did not know why this behavior and the woman was acting rudely with me in front of my family.
