Great location and suitable for the group size we had. Staff were responsive and super helpful Positive: Spacious Negative: Some of the fittings were not in good order (shower etc)

Positive: Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good cooking facilities and the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you wanted. Very close to the city centre and the Royal Albert Docks. Negative: No cleaning equipment to clean at the end of stay e.g. hoover No tea towels to dry up with which was frustrating. One of the apartments A/C was not working either.

Positive: La ubicación Negative: Tuvimos un problema con el check-in. Contraté adelantar el check-in a las 13:00 y el establecimiento no lo tenía controlado. Tuve que intercambiar varios correos con el establecimiento y seguía insistiendo en que no tenía contratado el check-in adelantado. Intenté llamar a booking por teléfono y fue imposible.
