member of staff arrived within 5 minutes of me messaging due to issue getting into property, great service. Positive: Very clean & comfortable Negative: Centre of Liverpool 5 minute walk from the centre.

We will definitely be back. Positive: Good central location as advertised. Apartment was lovely. Negative: Better crockery and better use of the kitchen cupboards and draws . Example - All the knifes , forks , spoons etc were in the bottom of a cupboard at floor level. Toilet seat needs to be re fitted so it it central to the toilet.
