Penthouse 2 - Duplex deux chambres (6 couchages)

Great value, location and nice, clean, spacious apartment. Host was very friendly :) Positive: Great location. Very clean and spacious apartment. Just what we needed for a friends catchup. Negative: Didn't like the green emergency lights in the bedrooms. Not used to them I suppose.

We loved staying there, perfect location and despite rain we happily explored the Liverpool sites! Positive: No breakfast provided- near shops, cafes and restaurants so easy to manage food requirements. Fabulous living space and comfortable bedrooms with easy access to toilets and bathrooms. Location absolutely perfect- so close to Mersey River and Albert docks and ten minutes from Mathew Street - Beatles fans' dream location! Also near Museums and magnificent historic buildings of interest to visitors and huge shopping centres nearby. The tourist bus booking within 10 mins wander.A very spacious bright apartment with lift up to the Penthouse apartments and clear rules regarding visitors and loud music so as not to disturb neighbours. When we arrived met a couple of chaps (?staff)who were very friendly and helpful. Negative: Better supply of dishwasher tablets/ washing up liquid and additional tea towels to dry dishes required- we would have run out if we cooked meals. The bathwater was tepid- v cool- but the shower and sinks offered hot water. We told one of the cleaners re bath water but no change . The staircase carpet marked and some damage marks on walls-we took photos incase we were charged for damage.

Positive: The penthouse was lovely, very spacious and had 3 bathrooms, which is perfect for girls getting ready to hit the town. It was lovely and clean the beds were very comfortable and we all said we want to re visit again soon.

Well located but not that easy to access and there are a lot of internal stairs within the apartment. Positive: The location was very central to all attractions. Negative: Communication in regards to check were later than check in so we were left standing out the front of the building. Once in the building location of our apartment was confusing. The apartment was good but we didn’t realise the amount of stairs we needed to go up to sleep and to use toilet facilities. Very spacious apartment.

Beautiful apartment, great value and location.would highly recommend Positive: Fantastic location, close to the Docks which made it an ideal base. Within walking distance of Liverpool Lime street. Equipped with everything you would need. Negative: Got quite hot at times as windows do not open but got around this my leaving the main door open for a while.
