EPIC apartment, EPIC stay! Positive: Everything the apartment was true to its name EPIC! Spacious, clean, bathroom facilities, kitchen facilities. Just an amazing apartment for a large group in an amazing location. Communication prior to stay was very good too.

Felt unsafe Positive: We Wasn't happy with the apartment door and that it wouldn't lock it wouldn't shut every time we went out and we came back with the door wide open. I have made a complaint but not heard anything about it. Really great location. Had a great weekend. Positive: The property was lovely. The beds were so comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved all the mirrors and vanity areas. Plenty space. Living area was very spacious. The courtyard area was great too. The location was perfect , everything seemed about 10 min away and easy to get there from the airport. Overall it was brilliant ! Negative: The cooking utensils were sparse considering how many people could stay in the house. Thought there would be more glasses etc. not the biggest deal and easily fixed. The seagulls were also pretty irritating but nothing to be done there.

Massive, well appointed apartment. Very comfortable. We loved it! Positive: Fantastic apartment! Really spacious with full sized kitchen, dining, living area. Large, comfrtable bedrooms with plenty of en-suites/bathrooms. Negative: A bit noisy in the mornings due to bin collections etc. Windows dirty on the outside and looked onto abandoned/decrepit buildings.

Great location. Poor Entrance Positive: Central location Negative: Entrance to building is dirty and unkempt with empty cans, urine and vomit on the steps. Stairs and lift area is grubby and needs updating. Apartment windows are filthy and you can't see out of them. Although apartment is lovely inside, the first impressions from the overall entrance let it down. Was not told until the day of arrival that the security deposit was nearly 600 pounds, not the 300 stated on the website.
