Nice stay good area spacious aparment Positive: Spacious and really good location not far from shopping centre Negative: It wasnt that clean broken doors etc… Considering we had to leave quite a big deposit the space wasnt up to standards and was quite a few stains on headboards carpets and “clean” towels. Also one of the doors was broken and propped up with a chair and one of the dining chairs were broken and unusable

Good stay Positive: The space was good and perfect size bathrooms too Negative: I had a bad experience at the start waiting for 40 mins outside the property as my code to lock box to collect key was incorrect. My signal wasn’t allowing me to contact the company and no sign postage in the corridors for assistance. Once I got through the code I had been sent was in fact incorrect and then it worked

Positive: Lovely comfortable and clean apartment in a very central location. Great communications from the hosts in advance of my stay. Negative: Air conditioning wasn't working and it was very warm on the 3rd floor. Fans were provided but air conditioning needed.

Embarrassed to have booked here for my family trip to Liverpool, wouldn’t stay again. Our apartment did not match what w Positive: Comfortable mattress, warm & powerful shower, good location - 10/15min to Liverpool one /city centre. Negative: We stayed here for a family wedding in Liverpool, I travelled with my husband, baby (3months) & my parents. The photos absolutely did not reflect the apartment we stayed in. The photos showed a beautifully maintained 5* star accommodation, however our apartment felt 2* (at best) Cheap furnishing used, and poorly maintained. Carpets were stained, flooring in the hallways wonky& dropped under foot, the bedding although looked clean, smelt damp/greasy. The sofa bed provided was not fit for purpose, tatty, dirty and ripped on the side. We were a top floor 2 bedroom apartment which despite a lift to the third floor, then had two sets of stairs up to our apartment- not easy with a baby & pram! When we arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working - not ideal with a baby on a very hot 30degree weekend, we contacted the company who arrived - they offered a fan - and said maintenance would be there first thing the next morning, however over our3 night stay they never appeared - &the property the stopped replying to my messages. Majority of glassware/plates/cutlery was dirty, which felt horribly unhygienic, also there were no full length mirrors in the apartment for getting ready for our family event- small detail but others have provided the same feedback - which hasn’t been listened to and would be a very cheap and easy fix. Photos listed showed a mirror. I repeat, photos do not reflect the property we stayed in.

Worth a stay! Positive: Separate rooms and self catering. Lift. Staff at hand if needed. Negative: Toilet stopped flushing but quickly resolved. Confusion about keys for electric re doors and deposit that is paid separately to via Booking.com.
