Lovely for one night Positive: Very clean and very comfortable bed! Negative: The toilet was difficult to flush. Has to press the button quite hard to make it flush. The bathroom sink was plugged so couldn’t use it and had to use the kitchen sink to wash hands/ brush teeth etc.

Very good accommodation for the price. Positive: Location excellent facilities more than adequate for our stay. Noise levels as to be expected in a city location. Hot running water especially welcome. Negative: Some kitchen utensils missing, could do with more glasses & cups.

Negative: We have to pay a deposit, to get a code to the keybox. The Epic Duke Street Townhouse didn't pay the money back. How do we do to get the money back??
