Positive: Location Layout of the apartment Negative: No wine glasses Dirty yard with old furniture

Negative: Wasn't clean and lock box not working

Positive: PERFECT stay for 3 of us, waking distance away from everything. Clean, spacious, and hosts were fabulous, we had an issue with our keycard but was resolved within minutes!

A great location, with spacious and clean rooms Positive: I booked 3 rooms at Epic Duke St and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean our rooms were. I hadn't looked at the reviews before booking, and I would say that their star rating is much better than depicted on Booking.com. I was very dis-organised on arrival and didn't read the key lock instructions correctly, so I had to call them to clarify. The staff were very friendly and sorted out my issue immediately. Negative: It's a great location and walking distance to everything. This was a family trip for my daughters graduation and would highly recommend,

Positive: Proximité du centre ville. Parking (payant) à proximité Negative: Pas de personnel. Pas de remboursement alors que je m'étais trompé de un an sur la date ( ce n'est pas comme si j'annulais la réservation la veille).... Literie du canapé lit d'appoint nulle.
