Only got sofa bed issue I would highly recommend the accommodation and location Positive: A beautiful property and an excellent location with great staff Negative: The sofa bed was an issue from 1st night. Dipped right into the middle. I took photos of metal part under mattress and it was all separated. Myself and my sister ended up with bad back pain and knee pain. Couldn’t sleep. Fixed following day by maintenance with green tape that began separating once we got back onto it. We did get moved for last night but having to rush

Positive: The location was great, and it was easy to get around the city. Check-in was very good as you get a pin sent to you, which allows you to enter the apartment . My pin did not work, but the manager came down and sorted it in no time. It was really, really great customer service 👏🏿.jenna thank you Negative: Did not stay longer

Paid £200 for 1 night and felt is was a very very basic stay. Positive: Location was good Negative: No coffee or tea or any condiments were left out. Only 3 sachets of milk, which were no good as had no coffee to go with them. I am not sure what happens when 5 people stay, do they get more milk. There was no washing up sponge or cloths left and no tea towel. So we had to dry the dishes with the hand towels left in the bathroom. The people in the room above us, were moving their furniture across the floor constantly till 5am. The lock on the inside of the door, didn't lock double, so wasn't quite sure if it was safe. The bottom shelf in the fridge door was missing, so had to put bottles in the veg drawer at the bottom. The shower only worked with the shower head in the ceiling, the attachment one didn't work. It looked like the handle to choose which one we wanted was broken.

Positive: We absolutely couldn't fault anything ..everything from location to actual homeliness of the apartment and the safety was excellent The finishing details of the apartment was beautiful the children really enjoyed it.💞
