City Terrace Apartment - Two-bedrooms (Sleeps 4)

Positive: Great apartment and location

If you’re looking to book a mini break in Liverpool with friends or family then this is the ideal place Positive: Ideal location for the city centre, Albert & Queens Dock. Decorated to a high standard , cleanliness fairly good Negative: Lacking space to store your luggage & no provisions of Tea / Coffee etc like in other apartments we have stayed in

Positive: The apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy Rope Walks and central Liverpool. Great to have 2 full bathrooms. They were quick to respond when I had any queries. Negative: The only minor gripe we had was that everything has very ambient lighting including spotlights in the bathroom ceilings so there isn't anywhere you can put make up on. We ended up using a hand mirror in the kitchen where there was lots of light from the balcony doors.

Convenient Positive: The showers Negative: Living room was dirty and throws, cushions stained, decking was dirty. Full of bird poo and cigarette stubs

Positive: Good location. Some noise on street but it didn't impact our sleep. Fantastic veranda with large outdoor table and chairs. Negative: There's a general look of grubbiness to the apartment. I read a lot of reviews and almost cancelled. We stayed in apartment 38. It was fine. Bedsheets and towels were clean and beds really comfy but it could really do with a spring clean. Entrance hall and stair well is dirty, oven / microwave and kitchen units greasy, ring mark damage, loose tap fittings - nothing gleams - surfaces just need a proper clean! There's just an air of abuse from previous residents and neglect by owners and tbh a bit of a sewery pong. But it's clean in the essential areas.
