Apartment 104 - One-bedroom (Sleeps 4)

Good for a quick stay if need to live near city center. Positive: 1. The location of the hotel is good as it is walking distance from city center and all restaurants and main area 2. The sofa bed was comfortable so it was good for 4 adults 3. The kitchen was fairly equipped Negative: 1. No ventilation and windows are very high that room feels claustrophobic and dark with some scary painting. 2. I have never experienced such condition to pay even for 1hr early check in and exact door code opening at 3pm. My elderly parents had to wait on stairs on road as we reached 30min early. We checked out 1hr early but that does not decrease the price so such strict timing with 0 flexibility is not accommodative for guest. 3. Deposit taken which I can understand as some people break stuff but I have stayed in better places without deposit.

Disappointed Positive: There were many issues with coming in, but the staff were nice enough and did what they could. A good location. Negative: We paid 40 pounds for early check in because we were landing from a 24h travel day from Canada. We arrived and the key pad to enter the apartment wasn't working good. When we got there, after waiting until 11am, the room was not ready and the lady made us go somewhere else to clean it quickly. Fair enough, but the food we had bought at the M and S, and left in the apartment before we were shuffled out was gone by the time we got back. And probably because there was such a big rush to get our apartment clean, there were no towels or toilet paper. It was really difficult to track someone down to deal with this. Overall pretty disappointed.

Fabulous apartment. Positive: I loved everything about our stay here. Staff were fab when our card would not open the door. It was very clean and comfortable, everything there that we needed tho we did not use the cooking facilities. It was in a fabulous location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would maybe ask to see another apartment as me personally, i like to look out of a window and see what was going on outside. That was my only negative. Could only see the clouds and rooftops, the windows were so high up and we were on the 1st floor?. But don't let that put anyone else off. It was fabulous. Thank you. Negative: As mentioned only negative, very high up windows. Oh and no electrical socket at mirror in bedroom for hairdryer to plug into. Maybe an extension could be made available?

Positive: Great location with lots of parking nearby. Negative: Lots of marks on carpet and walls. Shower drain was clogged so overflowed on first use and water so hot our son couldn’t use it. No sockets near hall or bathroom mirror so difficult to use straighteners.
