Apartment 104 - One-bedroom (Sleeps 4)

Fabulous apartment. Positive: I loved everything about our stay here. Staff were fab when our card would not open the door. It was very clean and comfortable, everything there that we needed tho we did not use the cooking facilities. It was in a fabulous location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would maybe ask to see another apartment as me personally, i like to look out of a window and see what was going on outside. That was my only negative. Could only see the clouds and rooftops, the windows were so high up and we were on the 1st floor?. But don't let that put anyone else off. It was fabulous. Thank you. Negative: As mentioned only negative, very high up windows. Oh and no electrical socket at mirror in bedroom for hairdryer to plug into. Maybe an extension could be made available?

Positive: Great location with lots of parking nearby. Negative: Lots of marks on carpet and walls. Shower drain was clogged so overflowed on first use and water so hot our son couldn’t use it. No sockets near hall or bathroom mirror so difficult to use straighteners.

Negative: There was something that looked like blood on the carpet and I received the wrong code for the front door.

Great location, perfect for a short stay away from home! Positive: Great location. The apartment was perfect for what we needed, which only a one night stay. Staff at the office were helpful when we contacted them. Negative: There was nothing I didn't like, just a couple of minor points re a tile being broken in the bathroom and the bathroom wbin not being emptied before we arrived. Did not spoil our stay at all but just stopped me giving it a perfect score!
