Apartment 106 - Two-bedrooms (Sleeps 6)

Positive: space, quality of provision Negative: SHOWER Terrible. Impossible to regulate temperature.

Positive: Location awesome Negative: Not good vibes, kitchen is smaller, carpets little dirty

The stay was okay, but we wish more had been done to address the issues. Positive: The location was great, and we appreciated that someone eventually came to fix the shower. Negative: We stayed in Apartment 106 and were unfortunately a bit disappointed. One bedroom was freezing cold despite the heating being on, and the shower in the hallway bathroom was scalding hot and unusable until the last day, though staff did come to fix it eventually. We also didn’t receive full check-in instructions, so we were stuck outside for a long time not knowing how to enter. On top of that, the apartment didn’t match the photos on the booking site, it felt narrow and lacked the open, social spaces we expected. Considering these issues, we believe we should have been offered either a different apartment or a partial refund, as the stay didn’t quite live up to what we paid for.

Lovely weekend away with friends Positive: Lovely stylish apartments, beds very comfortable and cannot fault the communication from the staff!

Negative: Please be careful as the pictures in the apartment may not be attached properly and stable. There is a possibility that the pictures may fall down for reason's qbeyond your control. For example, when closing a door, etc. The building is old. This amount will be deducted from your additional blocked deposit before your stay.
