Great stay, Positive: Spacious, comfy beds. Location was perfect for concert square. Negative: Only negative really was the deposit was taken from my bank the day before arrival without me knowing. When it’s an amount like £153 would have been nice to of had some warning.

GOOD SIZE, GOOD LOCATION, FEW NIGGLES Positive: It was a really good sized apartment with plenty of room for 4 people. Location very good, walking distance to Liverpool Docks and shopping area. Negative: Facilities in the kitchen were pretty poor. Not many knives and the mugs and other crockery weren't very clean. This could have been because they didn't provide any washing up liquid and neither were there any drying up cloths. This was partially rectified on the second day. Also, the TV was not working correctly - sound but no picture. Again this was fixed day two but we were still unable to watch BBC channels. Air conditioning was installed but we didnt manage to work out how to reduce the temperature or increase fan speed. Instructions for this and various kitchen items would have been helpful. Also, a couple of small tables in the lounge area would be good for glasses/cups when watching/listening (!) to the TV. Overall it was a good apartment but it could be so much better if they paid more attention to the basic requirements of self-catering.

Positive: This has been one of the best apartments I've stayed in. It's very clean, modern, and conveniently located near the center. The customer service is excellent—they respond within seconds. I will definitely visit again!

Positive: The location is good not far from the city centre. Negative: When i arrived at the townhouse which was just before 4pm i noticed it was chilly in the apartment, i sent a message to the team via whatsapp but nobody got back to me untill around 4.30pm. I was told what to do in reagrds to the thermostat but that made no difference and the heating did not come on. I spoke to a member of staff on the phone and she told me that they have never had no issue with the heating in that apartment before. So she suggested we move to a different apartment as the maintenance team could not come out on that day. I specifically asked her if the apartment we would be moving to would be the same size as the original apartment she replied yes. When we moved straight away i noticed it definitely was not the same size at all. The lounge area was alot smaller and had a 2 seater sofa in it whereas the original apartment had a large corner sofa that could easily seat around 6 people. The bedroom with the 2 beds in was also smaller. I was not happy at all because my daughter has special needs and needed alot of space. I was told the maintenance team would be out to repair the heating in the original apartment the next day. This did not happen and the messages i sent were ignored and not replied to until late in the evening. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. Overall a very disspointing experience! Not what i paid for at all! The apartment could of been cleaner in places and the communication i think is poor if you have issues with the apartment.
