Apartment 204 - One-bedroom (Sleeps 4)

Overall a great stay, prime location! Just would be handy to have plug in bedroom so able to do hair in a mirror ! Positive: Great location , easy to get into building, quick check out Negative: No plugs in bedroom to charge phone or to do hair in mirror

Ok Positive: It is modern Negative: Tatty, needs redecorating everywhere. Walls got filler all over and not painted over, sofas stained all over, towels stained and a smell in the hallway that drifts into the rooms

Positive: The location was great close the city centre and generally the apartment was clean and comfortable. Quite small -- but that is what we were expecting. Negative: There was no electricity in the flat when we arrived. It was impossible to reach the property on the provided phone number. They eventually replied back on chat when the problem had already been resolved. The booking.com customer service was also useless (they wanted 48h to respond -- that was more than our stay). Luckily there was a fire alarm which meant we met one of the technicians on site, who helped us identify that it was just a circuit trip. The other flats in the location were full of people either in Liverpool for stag-dos/hen-dos or some such thing. It was quite noisy.

Positive: Perfect location for an overnight stay in Liverpool. Close to the docks, nightlife, and shopping! The apartment was a good size for three people. The bed & sofa bed were comfortable. Negative: There is nothing to dislike about our stay.
