Awful. Do not stay here. Ceilings leak and they choose to offer no help. Happy to leave you with no where to sleep. Awfu
Positive: Upon entering we were very happy with the property. It was nicely decorated, nice space, clean. It was in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and not to long of a walk from Liverpool one and lime street station.
Negative: Where do I start.
1) On our second night at the apartment, the ceiling above one of the beds in the bedroom began to leak quite badly. Upon discovering this it had already soaked into the bed and the carpet beside the bed was wet. The water/liquid was orange/brown in colour. We immediately called the property owner for help, someone was sent within 10 minutes of the call, but we were told that there was nothing they could do for us as they had no available rooms to move us into and they wouldn’t be able to get maintenance to look at it until the following day (the day we were checking out). This left 2 of our guests no where to sleep as the bed was unusable as it was wet. The man couldn’t even provide us with a bucket for the leak to drip into. After he left we did hear anything from them again. (We barely slept that night as it continued to leak and paint and plaster started to fall off the ceiling). Despite me messaging on booking.com and emailing them. They’ve not offered any sort of compensation for this massive inconvenience. Even ignoring calls and emails from booking.com as they’re trying to now deal with the situation.
The worst customer service I have ever seen.
2) Before we even got into our room on the first night we met an older couple in the hallway that had drove all the way from Scotland, they were unable to gain access into their property they had booked and had been left to sit outside of their apartment for 30-60 minutes. The access code that they had been given was incorrect by one digit, luckily I tried swapping one of the numbers and was able to get them their key to access their room. Both me and other man tried to get in contact with the owners of the property but no one was answering the phone on the number that was provided.
3) The wifi we was given to use at the property didn’t even exist, we tried finding it on all of our phones/the tv. We couldn’t find it anywhere.
4) Access codes didn’t get sent to me until 4:20pm.

Positive: Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good cooking facilities and the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you wanted. Very close to the city centre and the Royal Albert Docks.
Negative: No cleaning equipment to clean at the end of stay e.g. hoover
No tea towels to dry up with which was frustrating. One of the apartments A/C was not working either.

Lovely place
Positive: Apartment was very well laid out and comfortable had a home away from home feel with all things needed for our stay. Would definately stay again. On arrival we found the tv not working but we contacted the team and was dealt with instantly with the option to move rooms or have maintenance attend very good hosts would recommend
