Underwhelming Positive: Location Negative: Could have been cleaner No information at property regarding check out, WiFi etc. you had to check any messages received or message the venue No storage for bags - website states luggage storage but does not explain this is not available at Duke Street Townhouse

Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, pillows. The location was excellent and peaceful. Negative: No tea towel for dishes. Didn't realise the key card box was outside the apartment. Was looking down in the lobby
