Apartment 4 - Two-bedrooms (Sleeps 7)

Positive: El anfitrión fue muy atento porque nos contestó muy rápido a todas las dudas. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Negative: El sofá estaba roto, la zona si vas de bares está bien, para ir con hijos se oía mucho la música de los bares.

Perfect place for a friends get together! Positive: Excellent location, super comfortable beds, great value for money thank you Negative: Missed a freezer compartment in fridge for ice. Disappointed there was no wine glasses in cupboard

Positive: Spacious property in a great location. Negative: Seemed tired and upkeep wasn’t great in areas. With better inventory checks and housekeeping it would have been a lot better.

Very enjoyable nice city and fantastic Bruce Springsteen concert Positive: Very nice relaxing apartment close to center of Liverpool very clean it was good value for money Negative: Would have liked more natural light but that was a very minor issue

BEWARE not like the pictures Positive: Location is good that’s the only positive Negative: Where to start, Upon entering apartment .. I could not access the room as the key left in the lock box did not work . I then had to call (had to work back to the entrance as the apartment is right at the back and cannot get signal as almost underground) After calling them 5 times someone finally answered and sent someone out which took about 20 mins .. however I wish they hadn’t ….. when I did finally manage to get into the apartment … I was in total shock … it was dark and dingy … The cleanliness of the whole apartment was awful… I found pubes around the sink , bogies and semen on the walls , pubes in the bed.. the sofa bed looked like a dog had chewed it and the muck near the mattress was gross.. was unfit for anyone to sleep on. I called them again and asked to moved … they said no and would send house keeping … I told them this would not fix the whole problem as the sofa bed is unfit for use , however they proceeded to send two ladies to ‘clean’ They did their job but was still the muckiest tattiest place I’ve ever been in, so we opted to move hotel. When contacting the hotel to ask for a refund we were told no … so I said I was contacting the ombudsman as it’s false advertising as the pictures online are nothing like the apartment you put us in .. I got the rudest email back suggesting I’m threatening them … no I’m simply telling you my next port of call as you are taking not accountability , your threatening response saying I’m making false claims is simply a joke. I’ve been travelling for the past 20 years and never been so disgusted in a room. I travel for a living and don’t think I’ve ever complained before never mind have to go to ombudsman Please don’t stop here … possibly one of the grottiest rooms you could choose Ps I wish I could upload more photos and videos to show the full extent but only allows
