Positive: Clean apartments in a very central location. We were very pleased with everything

Positive: Loved mostly everything. Location a huge plus. Negative: The aircon was terrible and we couldn’t open any windows but apart from that it was a great stay. There was also no remote for the tv in the quadruple room and also there was only 7 towels

Brilliant location, great value. Positive: Fantastic location, lots of space, comfortable beds, tea, coffee and milk provided. Good air con. So quiet despite it being in the heart of the city because of the double glazing. Amazing value for money. Responsive staff. Negative: Door handle in the bathroom and dishwasher broken.
