Apartment 11 - Two-bedrooms (Sleeps 8)

Great value and location but facilities need updated and sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Positive: The layout was great, good room sizes. 2 bathrooms with showers was handy and helpful. Big kitchen/living room area. Liked that it had air con Negative: The bed/mattress for the living room sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever lay on. You can feel every single spring and I am so sore now from 3 nights of laying on it. The facilities are very over used and in need of replacing, I.e: the iron was terrible and parts broken, ironing board cover also needs replacing. Hairdryer 2nd aid setting doesn’t work so takes ages to actually dry hair. The windows weren’t able to open to bring in any fresh air, especially for airing out rooms in the morning.

Would recommend epic apartments - seel street! Positive: Location was great. Right in city centre close to Bold street, Liverpool 1 and plenty of entertainment. Property was modern. We had a. Two bedroom for 8 and a 1 studio apartment for 2. Plenty of room for a mixed group of 10. Beds all very comfortable! Negative: We were there in abnormally hot weather. Air conditioning didn’t work In studio for the three night. I did contact property who said they get engineer to look at it- not sure if this happened. Windows don’t open so no air at all! (This was in both apartments. Very dark in studio apartment as blinds were broke and stayed closed in 1 window and other window was so dirty on outside no light could get in making work very ( shaving and makeup)

Positive: Location excellent, loved the shower. Nice and spacious comfy beds. Negative: I wouldn't say I disliked anything but the place just looked a little tired in places. Stains on carpets, repairs to walls not painted, cabinet that the dish washer was in not in great shape. But these are all cosmetic and didn't ruin our night.
