Apartment 26 - Studio (Sleeps 4)

Great for a night out in Liverpool Positive: Great location for a night out in Liverpool Comfy and well furnished Negative: Key card didn’t work when we got back and got told this is apparently a common issue, was a pain to get in waiting for someone to fix it

Disappointing Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom tap was loose to get cold water and the shower was unusable as no control of the temperature and was scalding hot. Some random drunk asleep outside the apartment door in the morning.

Positive: perfect location Negative: we were unable to have showers due to the temperature of the water being dangerously hot, no way of contacting anyone to report this issue for guidance and help. very disappointed, we won't be staying again.

Positive: L'appartement était propre, confortable. Assez spacieux Negative: Beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas notamment le thermostat de la douche qui était resté sur la position brûlante eau froide coincé. Les ampoules de la chambre ne s'éteignaitent pas. Je voudrais un remboursement de la prestation. En effet l'utilisation de la douche est primordiale dans une location.
