Room 28 - King bed (Sleeps 2)

Great location, communication could be improved! Positive: Location, good size bed Negative: No lights in the bathroom. Phoned and left a message first thing the following morning, with my phone number. No response. Called again on our return to the room, someone did answer and come around, but could not resolve the problem. I was advised the maintenance staff would come in the morning, well, we were gone by then!

Wouldn't recommend Positive: Location Negative: Couldnt get our key code to work. Had to carry cases up 2 flights of stairs. Was asked for a security deposit on the day of my stay and was assured this would be returned within 48 hours. Have contacted number of times and over 2 weeks later still haven't received this.

Positive: The room was small but very clean in a good location Negative: The stairs ! Plus no lift

A great location, with spacious and clean rooms Positive: I booked 3 rooms at Epic Duke St and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean our rooms were. I hadn't looked at the reviews before booking, and I would say that their star rating is much better than depicted on Booking.com. I was very dis-organised on arrival and didn't read the key lock instructions correctly, so I had to call them to clarify. The staff were very friendly and sorted out my issue immediately. Negative: It's a great location and walking distance to everything. This was a family trip for my daughters graduation and would highly recommend,
