Tunnage Square Apartment 32 - One-bedroom (Sleeps 5)

Nice apartment in city centre, would stay again! Positive: Excellent location, was a loud street though but that is expected in the city centre. Don’t stay here if you need total silence to sleep! I was expecting noise though so was fine with it. Apartment was equipped with air con which was really great. Negative: Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and place could have done with a dust but bed sheets were nice and fresh and big white fluffy towels were provided which were lovely.

Positive: It had all the facilities we needed Negative: The proximity to the road, cars and people make noise making it hard to sleep at night.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Avoid at all cost None of the room keys are not working & more seriously - there is bed bug infestation in the room

the overall experience was fine. Positive: the property is conveniently located near a bus stop and surrounded by many restaurants. It’s also easy to access grocery stores and tourist attractions on foot Negative: The dishwasher was not working, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom was also out of order. We reported these issues twice, but they were not resolved. Additionally, the apartment lacked sufficient crockery and pots for cooking.

A lovely and convenient apartment that made our Liverpool stay very comfortable. Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location, close to everything we needed. Negative: It was a bit stressful at check-in, as no one picked up the phone, but we eventually sorted it out via messages.
