Very comfortable and we would stay again. Positive: Location. Accessible for a wheelchair. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Parking next door, (you pay) staff very helpful. Negative: The fridge needs replacing, no shelving in main body and door. Needs a coffee table in front if the settee, nothing to put your drink on except the floor.

Early check-in was very helpful in our case and we had very comfortable stay for 8nights.

Positive: Central location, very tidy and nicely decorated house. Negative: Could have provided some tea bags and sugar.

Disappointed in many areas as above. Good will gesture off the cost wanted as of all the complaints. My partner Mr Gary Positive: Bedroom Negative: Smell as you walked into reception area not nice to walk into. Colours of the decor of the room. Too dark. One dishwasher tablet. No cloth for cleaning surfaces or spray. Not clean. Cobwebs. No attention to finer details in cleaning the apartment. Freezer compartment completely frozen with ice. No shelves in fridge. Sofa bed dips in the middle not comfortable. Mattresses not good quality Dated furniture. Severe Lack of good lighting Unable to use keypad to get into room. Broken. Had to ask for another key card No one answers telephone to access reception. Needed more than one keycard for 5 people. No reasonably cheap parking options on offer.
