Penthouse Apartment (Sleeps 8)

Overall our stay was exellent and we'll hopefully be going back next year. Positive: We stayed in the 3 bedroom pentouse and it was a fantastic spacious appartment, well situated for bars, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping around town. Negative: Appartment could do with refreshing with a coat of paint, it would be great if there were windows that opened to let some fresh air in. it would be unbearable through summer or on hot days.

Positive: Large spacious apartment. Great location. 2nd time booking this apartment. Negative: A great stay other than the WiFi was down while we visited which could have been an issue for anyone trying to work.. Could go with a little refresh in decoration in places..

Positive: Great size and good location! Negative: Couldn’t connect to wifi during my stay.

Great location, plenty of space in the apartment. Great for a group. Everything you need for a short stay. Positive: Location was perfect for the city centre. Negative: We didn’t have any WiFi even after reporting it to the management team. As we don’t live on uk mainland we had to use roaming data. Nowhere to leave luggage on checkout. Self checkin - our door code didn’t work so we had to make a few phone calls.

Great location, poor facilities and in need iof redecoration. Positive: The location, some of the decor, size of rooms Negative: Nothing worked. WiFi didn't work, TV in lounge didn't work, no cold water in the tap in kitchen, tap leaked in kitchen, air con in bedrooms not working. Weird that taps for the shower were outside the shower, which were for the shower and bath. In the master bedroom, there was a step as soon as you walked through the bathroom door, which was dangerous in the night. Had issues when we arrived getting in, staff really unhelpful, wouldn't call me to discuss, just messaged online. No reception desk when you arrived, so no one to help with any issues. The whole flat was grubby, ceilings looked like there had been leaks in every bedroom. Walls were grubby, everywhere. Needs decorating. It's a shame as the design was nice.
