Apartment 20 - Studio (Sleeps 2)

Positive: Location was ideal for the city , 5 mins walk in any direction and your in the heart of things , apartment was suitable , all utilities . Negative: Cleanliness , a lot of dust and cobwebs .

A great location, with spacious and clean rooms Positive: I booked 3 rooms at Epic Duke St and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean our rooms were. I hadn't looked at the reviews before booking, and I would say that their star rating is much better than depicted on Booking.com. I was very dis-organised on arrival and didn't read the key lock instructions correctly, so I had to call them to clarify. The staff were very friendly and sorted out my issue immediately. Negative: It's a great location and walking distance to everything. This was a family trip for my daughters graduation and would highly recommend,

Positive: The apartment was nice and clean and the bed was unbelievably comfy. Location was perfect. Had an issue with losing something out of the window behind the bed into an alley which had no access but the staff were really helpful and understanding, didn't catch his name but he was a great help and the time was retrieved.

Good for a very short stay and for someone who eating out Positive: The property had a great location, close to city centre, convenient stores and tourists attractions. Clean with a comfy bed & a nice shower room. Negative: It was a small apartment. A bit disappointed with the small frosted windows and noises at night. The apartment included a kitchen shown on the pictures as a modern one, unfortunately it was lack of utensils as: a can opener, chopping board, sharp knife, kitchen towel, etc. TV was huge & useless with all the logins.

Pleasant independent central Liverpool base. Positive: Excellent location, neat little apartment, good value for location. Negative: Poor signing for getting in, no street number on building, not clear where lockbox was for room. Could have done with a few modest extras like a tea towel.
