Penthouse 5 - Three-bedroom duplex (Sleeps 9)

Great location spacious apartment and great value Positive: The space and size. Location Negative: The shower overflows onto the bathroom floor

Negative: I recently stayed in Penthouse 5 (Booking Reference: 5255967993) and was appalled by the unhygienic and unsafe condition of the property, including what appeared to be a faecal mark on a bed. The apartment was poorly maintained, with issues such as broken plaster, filthy windows, missing light bulbs, unsafe exterior steps, and scuffed walls throughout. Given the severity of these problems, I expect fair compensation and have attached photographic evidence to support my complaint.

Positive: Great location, lovely big space and secure. Nice courtyard. Negative: Shower upstairs leaked we had to place a towel in the shower entrance to stop water running on to floor. Beds downstairs room were uncomfortable. Large green fire escape lights were very bright in bedrooms luckily I took my eye mask.

Positive: Property was great Negative: No charging points

Positive: Great location, has everything you need. Negative: Not very well signed, when you get to the top in a very small lift you have to go out side to get into the properties.
